ServHub (Payoneer Nigeria) Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: August 5, 2025


1. Scope

This Cancellation Policy applies to all service bookings made through the ServHub platform—whether by Customers, Service Providers (via ServHub Pro), or Workmen (via ServHub Connect).


2. Definitions

  • Booking: A confirmed service appointment scheduled through ServHub.

  • Customer: The individual or business that requests and pays for services.

  • Provider: A registered professional offering services on ServHub Pro.

  • Workman: The field operative assigned to fulfill a booking via ServHub Connect.


3. Customer Cancellations

  1. How to Cancel:

    • Via the ServHub app: Go to My Bookings → Select booking → Tap Cancel Booking.

    • Via email: hello@servng.com (include booking ID).

  2. Cancellation Windows & Fees:

    Time Before Appointment Fee Refund
    ≥ 24 hours No fee 100 % of payment refunded
    2 – 24 hours 20 % of fee 80 % refunded
    < 2 hours 50 % of fee 50 % refunded
  3. Last-Minute & No-Show:

    • Cancelling less than 30 minutes before or failing to show: No refund.

    • Providers are released from their obligation.


4. Provider & Workman Cancellations

  1. Provider-Initiated:

    • Must notify Customer via in-app chat or email at least 4 hours before.

    • No cancellation fee for the first occurrence in a 30-day period; subsequent cancellations incur a 10 % penalty of the service fee (deducted from next payout).

  2. Workman-Initiated:

    • Must update status in ServHub Connect and notify dispatcher.

    • Same fee structure as Providers above.

  3. Reassignment:

    • If a Provider/Workman cancels within 4 hours of the appointment, ServHub will attempt to reassign to another available professional and notify the Customer.


5. Refund Processing

  • Timing: Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Disputes: Contact support at hello@servng.com with your booking ID; we’ll investigate and resolve within 3 business days.


6. Exceptions & Special Circumstances

  • Force Majeure: Events beyond reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, civil unrest) permit fee waivers for either party, subject to review.

  • Provider No-Show: If no Provider arrives within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, the Customer will receive a full refund and may rebook at no extra charge.


7. Modifications

ServHub reserves the right to update this policy. We will post changes on the app and website with a new “Effective Date.”
