ServHub ( Payoneer Nigeria ) Refund Policy
Effective Date: August 5, 2025
1. Scope
This Refund Policy governs the issuance of refunds for service bookings made via the ServHub platform (including ServHub Pro and ServHub Connect). It applies to all Customers and Service Providers.
2. Definitions

Booking: A confirmed service appointment scheduled through ServHub.

Customer: The individual or business requesting and paying for services.

Provider: A registered professional offering services on ServHub Pro.

Workman: The field operative assigned to fulfill a booking via ServHub Connect.

Service Fee: The total amount paid by the Customer for a booking, including any platform fees.
3. Customer Refunds

Eligibility:

Refunds are eligible when a booking is canceled in accordance with our Cancellation Policy or when the service delivered is unsatisfactory.

Cancellation Refunds:

≥ 24 hours before appointment: 100 % refund.

2–24 hours before appointment: 80 % refund.

< 2 hours before appointment or no-show: 50 % refund (if canceled; no refund for no-show).

Service Quality Refunds:

If the service delivered is materially different from what was agreed (e.g., unqualified work, missed scope), Customers may request a partial or full refund by contacting support within 48 hours of job completion.

Refund Amounts:

Calculated on the Service Fee only; any third-party transaction fees are non-refundable.

4. Provider & Workman Refunds

Cancellation Penalties:
-
Providers or Workmen who cancel less than 4 hours before a job may incur a penalty fee (10 % of the Service Fee), deducted from their next payout.

No penalty for one cancellation per 30-day period if communicated at least 4 hours in advance.

Disputed Jobs:

If a Customer disputes job quality and a refund is granted, the corresponding Service Fee will be deducted from the Provider’s account.

5. How to Request a Refund

Via App:

Go to My Bookings → Select the booking → Tap Request Refund and provide details.

Via Email:

Send refund requests to payoneernigeria@gmail.com with your booking ID, reason for refund, and supporting evidence (photos, messages).

6. Refund Processing

Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval.

Method: Returned to the original payment method (card, mobile wallet, or third-party account).

Notification: You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.
7. Exceptions & Special Cases
-
Force Majeure: Natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events may warrant full fee waivers at ServHub’s discretion.

Provider No-Show: Full refund if no Provider arrives within 30 minutes of the scheduled time and no alternative assignment is available.
-
Third-Party Fees: Any non-ServHub fees (bank charges, currency conversion fees) are not covered by this policy.
8. Modifications
ServHub reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. We will post changes with a new “Effective Date” and notify users of material updates via email or in-app alerts.
